What I am offering is the facility to have the services of a fully qualified CA at hand to call on, as and when required, to either help directly on a formal footing or on a more temporary basis.
Having been a Finance Director for the last 20 years I was involved in the partial sale of my last employer's company and, upon the satisfactory conclusion of same, took early redundancy. Within a few months I started my own company to try and help burgeoning SME's.
I have a wealth of experience across a variety of business sectors, covering Manufacturing, Construction, Vehicle and Property rental and Engineering at FD level with some Company Secretarial duties thrown in too.
Current clients and previous experience have included company's with turnovers ranging from £0.5M to £50M but currently all my clients are below £5M.
Having a CA practising certificate I can prepare Budgets, Forecasts, Cash Flows for banks and other finance providers and grant applications for RSA and ERDF. I can also prepare Management and Statutory Accounts and the related corporation and personal tax returns.
